You are not understanding what I'm saying. Things are not cumulative. If he propkills voteban him, if he is just killing a lot of people, you cant voteban him.

End of story. You cant say "oh he was doing this shit for 3 rounds, so the next round I votebanned him." That is bullshit.

Are you saying you banned him because you saw him kill the detective? Even if that is so you should've VOTEKICKed him, not VOTEBAN.

Sorry if I seem like I'm working against you here marked, its because we get a lot of complaints of respected abuse, and I see this as a prime example.

Keep in mind, this is not enough evidence to get us anywhere so I wont be doing anything no matter the result of the dispute.

Here are the rules just in case you forgot.

What is allowed and what is not allowed?

Trouble in Terrorist Town (or TTT as it will be known henceforth) has specific protections in place for different things. One key example is Karma. The purpose of Karma is to punish players who kill the wrong people. It serves both as a deterrent from killing people without reliable information, and rampaging people for fun (henceforth called RDM). Since TTT has a system in place to punish players who RDM, it should be allowed. However, if someone exploits a loophole in the system it will not be tolerated. This includes specifically targeting one or more players out of malice. Since the system cannot accurately detect killing in this manner, it is not allowed. Also, there are serious Karma losses for killing a detective. Therefore, RDM-ing as a detective is also not allowed.

Prop killing is far different than RDM. Karma does not track kills by props. Therefore there is no natural deterrent in game to prevent prop killing. You must only prop kill under one condition. The prop killed player is inactive for three or more minutes. Prop killing before round is also not allowed. Pre round is for getting weapons and finding camp spots. People that prop kill take this opportunity away from their victims.

Punishments for breaking rules

1. Malice RDM (aka target RDM, single RDM, MUST BE COMMITED MORE THAN ONCE) (VOTEBAN AT WORST)
2. Accidental Prop kill (VOTEKICK AT WORST)
3. Pre round prop kill (VOTEKICK AT WORST)
4. RDM-ing as a detective (VOTEBAN AT WORST)
5. In round prop kill (VOTEBAN AT WORST)

ONCE AGAIN, TO CLAIRIFY, NORMAL RANDOM DEATHMATCH IS ALLOWED. HOWEVER, PROP KILL IS NOT ALLOWED EXCEPT TO KILL AFKS (who have been idle more than three minutes).

6. Traitors must get first blood. Killing as an innocent before any body is found is bad.
7. Killing a detective as innocent, UNPROVOKED is votekickable.
