We need to get yomo's IP and trace it so we can find out his name and if he really does live in Japan.
Because if we find a Dave Carlson living in Pennsylvania, then we owe Frank a "You were right" apology.
1. Buy a used bench press (I got one for about $60 at a yard sale)
2. Do a WHOLE FUCKING LOT of pull-ups whenever you get the chance
3. Use the bench press every 2 or 3 days consistently
4. Wear somewhat slim-sleeved shirts ((<-- onomatopoeia FTW) <-- spelling it right first try FTW)
