This was a steam validation problem explained in another thread..

The build server in particular lost connection with the verification servers for steam...

None of you would receive steam id's and therefore broke almost every script on the server x)

As for the Retrieving Server Info bug, i cannot fix it as it is dependent upon the structure of garrysmod.

What i can do is repress it for a longer period of time by removing addons.. but no one wants that either
