Boneyard / Ban Request

We were playing ZS in fort and I was dropping props in the basement.When I finished taking the props in(basement) I was trying to get down there because someone closed the door.Suddenly some zombies came into the house so I lost some HP.When I finally got in the basement and I had almost 85 HP I went to help others to cade but more zombies came in and I lost more HP...Then I ran to the HP regenerator and took some HP(not even the 3/4 of it) because I thought I deserved some as I could have "risked my life" taking all the props in.When I took the HP ,Xexxar started a voteban against me.Most people started voting yes without knowing the reason for banning me.The voteban passed so I connected to Prop Hunt and I started "chatting" with him via the global chat(/gl) and I asked the reason for banning me.He said the reason was that I took HP.I told him that this happens all day and noone is getting banned.Then someone else sF.Masters(who was against the voteban)said there is no suck rule as not to steal HP.
Xexxar said that he stated from the beggining that we should ask him before taking HP.Then i told him that he is just respected and he can't make rules.Then he shutted his mouth and he never spoke again.
My problems are that Xexxar doesn't deserve being respected and that he banned me for a rule HE made(ask him before taking HP)so I would you guys to ban him for a short period or take his respected rank away or anything you can do.You MUST do something to him because I'm really angry and I really don't want you to ignore this just because he is your friend or something like that.
I also got a question:How can most noobs on the server be respected and I'm not?I even made a request on the forum...

P.S. This happened 2 days before this thread was posted...For some reason I couldn't connect in the forum.
