Boneyard / savagepimp banning for no reason

I went to the build server and i was playing some music (i asked first) then some ass named savagepimp starts playing his s***ty rap music. I tell him to stop and instead he starts a voteban without warning. Heres the condump: (edited to remove all the concommand blocked(crosshair 1) crap)

Build (Normal)
Some prop protection or something to prevent people from crashing the server, but not too much to take out the fun of playing garry's mod the way it was meant to be played

Build (Wire)
HL2 Item Mod so we can spawn batteries and chargers to heal ourselves and extra ammo if we need it (eg. someone spawns a weapon stripper or we lose our camera)

Flood
Player models (we all look like mingies in flood)
Payment for destroying props (as of now it isnt really satisfying to destroy props)

RP
Removal of a few tools (Wheel is never used for good purposes, physical properties makes props fly around, etc.)
Possibly a new map

Prop Hunt
Smarter players (I stayed in the same place four times in a row with the same prop and nobody found me even though i said that I'm staying in the same place)

Server Requests/Suggestions / Enable weapon pasting in the wire/phx server

Today, i went to singleplayer to make advanced duplicator files of the health and suit chargers, hl2 weapons, and ammo. I uploaded them to the server only to find out that weapon and npc spawning is disabled.
Now disabling npc spawning is perfectly reasonable, i can see where that is acceptable. But no weapon pasting? Unacceptable. I know, people can spawn admin guns then, but i tried that prior to this and the admin guns did not show up in my inventory, so there is absolutely NO REASON and NO EXCUSE for disabling weapon duplication. if youre worried about mingebags abusing it then youre just plain stupid since there is NO DAMAGE FROM PLAYERS' WEAPONS on the phx build server, let alone the fact that only respected and admins can use the adv duplicator in the first place. Also, what if there is a weapon stripper? I could normally just place a few of my weapon supplies and we could just ignore it, but thanks to the new adv dupe limitation, I would have to waste time tracking the mingebag down. What will you disable next? Noclip? Expression 2?

Today i tried connecting to the sandbox server, and it stopped at retrieving server info. I canceled out of it and the console showed this:

I removed 4 addons that i recently installed and that did not fix the problem.

For some reason the PHX/Wire build server cannot be connected to at the moment. Please fix this as soon as possible.

Hello, i am neo644. I have been playing gmod for i think about a month now and i have learned all the basics and some intermediate stuff very quickly. I hate mingebags (Though that is to be expected, amirite) which to me means anyone who interferes with my props, including trying to grab my props despite prop protection. I may do something crazy every now and then. My favorite game modes: Roleplay (I just love the roleplay servers) Prop hunt (I suck at it but i enjoy it)
