Community Admin Apps / Reborn admin application

So people, not gonna make this admin app all fancy its more important to vote yes for me 
!
Been Respected for almost a year and thought that it would be a nice time to go for admin (most people think i already am an admin :S).
Take your time to read my app and then vote honestly. COOKIES FOR ALL WHO VOTE YES!

I want admin so i can reduce the minging on all the random servers, i play very often there so i would be easy to contact, just over global.
Tbh im kinda strict on rules and stuff, but when i kick / ban i always see more than 90% of people voting yes, and therefore they can not complaint since the whole server was against them. One more admin for the rAndOm servers will make it easier on the other admins! One main reason for me wunting admin! Also for people to take me seriosly.
Some of the things i do in gmod;
I do expression 2 and am more than happy to help other ppl with it
i can build pretty complex contraptions
I can use almost all the tools given, others i havent been needing to use.
Skillz;
i can use common sence when playing and ban / kick / warn thereafter.
i am clear when warning players.
i have been admin on other server without having any bigger trouble.
i know most of the rules and can explain to other people why or why not they are breaking the rulez.
fun to play with (i give you cookies)
i can suggest ideas to admins and make myself active in changing some things which i dont like on servers
for example on Trouble in Terrorist Town many have been complaining on some maps dissapearing O_o!

Becoming an admin will set more pressure on me, but i think i can handle it. One of my tricks to stop minging is to let ppl know im admin,
that often makes them calmer and not minge as much. i can use mah admin powers with humor ( not minge ) but have fun with players without affecting theyre gameplay or making them angry ! I also dont instant ban / kick people, if not its very obvious that its breaking the rules (like crashing servers) cause that just proves the player has no Brainz!
Gimme Some nice Yes votes for me being awsome and being very short with my application... not too much bullshit xD
