Help/Requests / New Server - Roleplay with GTARP, RPPX, or DarkRP
« on: March 30, 2009, 08:54:03 PM »
A lot of people like Role-Play servers. I myself have discovered that RP is very fun if you have the correct maps to play on, “gm_mobenix_v3” ( http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=63946 ) is a map that I have recently discovered that would be very fun for RP.
In “gm_mobenix_v3” almost all the doors have a keypad that is “wireible”, in this keypad allows you to wire the functions of open, close, lock, and some other things to anything in the wire system that works out. There is a spawn room where you can select where to teleport in the center there is a map that from what I know you can see where everyone on the map is, and where the train is. The train that is on the map is where you can have it either a player drives it or a little gnome guy npc drives it. The rail system is interchangeable you can press “e” on the little arrows that are near the rails and the track will switch. In several parts of the map there are little menus, where you can select where you want to go, you just hit ready and the little gnome guy drives you to that location, you can just jump you of the car if you want or you can just sit there and stare at the tiny gnome with the huge red hat. For those graphic freaks with insane computers, that I have to admit I am one myself, there is HDR in the map which in my opinion you need to turn down the gamma because the lights are insanely bright, and there is a 3D skybox, which looks cool and gives you that feeling that you are not playing in a little world with a solid color on 5 sides. This is client side for people who download the map from garrysmod.org, HD water or LD water. The HD water looks very nice for gmod and reflects the image of everything that comes in contact with it; there are also little ripples to distort the image of everything that is reflected.
Some listed features that I decided not to type out due to you seeing a wall of text as seen above.

I am willing to host a non 24-7 server for it if someone is willing to help me set up a cracked version of the server and the mods. Also sorry if you get lost in the wall of text at the very start of the request.
