So I was looking to buy a keyboard, I found one I like at Tiger Direct for $70 w/ free shipping. I know TigerDirect is a trusted site so I order it. Instantly after I order it it goes out of stock and it's been stuck on In Process at warehouse for about 2 days. Now I'm going through hell trying to reach customer service to cancel it. Just thought I'd say because I needed to let off some steam.

Anyone else ever had this issue?

I never order from TigerDirect.

Ever.

Their stuff is overpriced as shit compared to newegg.

Their stuff is overpriced as shit compared to newegg.
Well, I was going to get the razer blackwidow keyboard, it's $71 + $9 shipping @ newegg and on TigerDirect it was $70 w/ free shipping. It was hell to get all this money and it's normaly $80 on newegg.

With newegg you can cancel automatically until tis processed, then you return it :D
Those 5-10USD that can spring up on other sites like tigerdirect and amazon are always worth it...

Yeh Tiger is quite a sloppy company.
Ive had and know many who has problems with Tiger.
All I can say is its either Newegg or Locals.

Weird. I've actually had a great experience with TigerDirect. Since newegg was sold out at the time, I ordered a geforce 8400gs perfectly, no troubles and it shipped within a week.

Okay, I think I might be in the clear here. I read it takes about 2 business days to process an order. However I might have to wait much longer because the item is out of stock. No way to tell until it's finished processing (around Tuesday, hopefully). Tomorrow I'm going to call and ask if there will be a problem about that. If they restock within a couple days it's fine but they say it won't be restocked I'm going to cancel the order and demand a refund (I can cancel an order as long as it hasn't shipped yet right?).

I miss newegg already.

Okay, so a few minutes ago I called the tech support (Surprisingly nice, I called like 15 minutes after they opened though, fast) and I cancelled it. The guy said he'd send a confirmation email but nothing has come yet. Paypal is still empty too

Order Status says cancelled but I still haven't gotten any emails. Maybe something to do when I signed up I said "don't send me info on my order or promo items" because I didnt want my inbox to be spammed with promotions and it didn't have a seperate option for those.

Paypal has yet to be refunded. I heard it takes awhile in some cases. Still pissed. I'd rather pay $20 more for the same thing on Newegg

It can take up to a week for a refund to be issued. Be patient, if it's in their books they'll get to it.

I'm trying one more time since the item went back in stock, if it happens again I'll just cancel it. Even though the money was gone from my paypal they don't charge you anything until the order actually ships.
