why don't make it like,

you can't place objects or destroy then in faction land, also not able to use butons and stuf, unless you're in war with that faction.
You already can't do this for 2 circumstances. 1.If the faction members are not online 2.If your items are in the city, being at war with them really doesn't do anything but say "I am at war with you, prepare yourself."

You've repeated yourself like 3 times in this entire post, but just worded things differently. You. Already. Can't. Do. That.

But I do believe there is a 10 minute cool down after a remaining member goes offline that makes it so that you can attack their territory.

All I can really say about this, one of the faction members was probably online with Pilot (and Gamefreak) went to Cable's house. If not, they probably waited for the 10 minute cooldown and either swam/tele/or homed there.
Next time, actually look into what you are about to post, before you post it.

I understand that a lot of you guys have some sort of hate towards Pilot as well as Foo because of their constant raiding and pillaging. I'm not trying to stick up for Pilot just because he's my friend. I just believe we should hear both sides of the story. After talking with Pilot and having him explain his side, I looked in the logs and found this:

From what I understand, it seems Pilot was banned due to destroying Cable's house and boats yeah? If this is the case, then what the hell? Why is Pilot getting banned for Gamefreak's idea? Yeah, sure, Pilot has been going around screwing with people, but supposedly this is one of those "nuh uh! he started it!"

Does this information change anyone's mind or are they still set on keeping Pilot banned? I'm more than positive we can settle something out, especially if we're going to have two worlds.

Also, I see what you're saying Axule, but even if it was Gamefreaks idea (and he is just at fault as Pilot) Pilot still went through with it, even after doing lots of things to other people. The only reason why anyone did anything to him, was a retaliation back on what he did to us. And even though I am cool with Gamefreak, he hasn't been doing a lot of good things lately and I agree that it is not good to put all the blame on Pilot, just because Gamefreak is an admin; but it's both of their faults. So I still think he deserves his punishment.

I chose not to reply to anything until now because I know people are angry. It seems since things have settled a bit, I may be able to get something across.

Yes, I attacked many people: those who my faction were enemies with, mostly, but a few that wandered outside spawn when I happened to be around.

Yes, I stole a lot of items from people; it's a PVP server, so I figured why not. (FYI: I did NOT steal anything from Cable's house a few days ago, nor did I raid/destroy Mexico's supplies/base.)

Yes, I did destroy (or grief as you guys have been saying) some things, but nothing without reason.

Let me explain:

When I saw that District 14 (an enemy of my faction) had control of most of Cable's island (which at the time, I didn't know was all Cables), I decided that it was her base. When Tiger Guy came on (a member of D14), I took advantage of a warp I had set there the night before* and attacked the house. I put a few TNT holes near KHMarie's office in the house, then went back to my base.

I think Cable got on and summoned a bunch of people to the island, so I returned to see what they were doing. Everyone saw me and tried to kill me, so I went back to my base. That's when Gamefreak arrived and killed everyone on the island (including Deacon about 9-10 times). This was the last time I did anything to Cable's/D14's house.

Later on, Gamefreak sent me that message asking me if I wanted to help dismantle Cable's house. I didn't think of Cable, and just laughed at the fact that it would make Marie angry (since I thought it was her faction's HQ). However, I did not participate in the dismantling, and continued to work on my base.

Ironically, about 15 minutes to an hour later, gamefreak banned me for "being no help to the server", which I assumed covered my raiding/attacking factions and blowing holes in the house.

tl;dr I did attack Cable's house, thinking it was Marie's, but did NOT take place in the dismantling that occurred afterward. I'm not saying I had no fault in his house being wrecked, but compared to what gamefreak did, I did very little damage. I didn't mean to cause this much trouble, nor did I expect this much trouble would come from it.

* Snivy told me later (after I was banned) that using warps to get to places to attack people was "abusing plugins". I didn't know this, nor would I have done it if I had known it was a specific rule.

Did you get MY permission to share my personal correspondence? No.

After I saw that the house was TNT'd beyond repair, I started salvaging logs. I've already fixed things up with cable, and I gave him his own private region far away from everyone else to build on. Pilot was setting his house on fire and blowing it up just to be a dick, and I was using it for materials. The difference between those two motives is the reason that Pilot is banned.

Although I don't appreciate you sharing my messages for the sake of making me look like an asshole, with no hope of accomplishing anything worthwhile, that's not what I want to discuss.

I support this. Since spout has better customization it will run better if you so choose.
Security increases for both players and the server.
Change your skin whenever you'd like (even cracked players can have skins with spout).
Can be ignored if you want your experience to be the same. You do not HAVE to use any of the extra features.
