The Dead Tree

My name is Keiji Konohara...Each day after school I walk to the tram. Each Day I pass through the park. I never thought much about nature and stuff like that, But when I met Mommiji Akita.

It all happened when I decided to take a detour to the hills and lie down for a bit...But then I passed a dead tree...A tree that had the sort of death feel to it. I saw a girl sitting under it with her back leaning on the tree.
She was beautiful and had fair skin. I had never seen her before. I approached her, as I stepped closer to the tree I felt a sort of shock wave pass through me. It made me step back. I looked around cautiously...Nope nothing.
I continued approaching her. Her eyes were closed and she was drawing pictures on a drawing pad. "Hello." She said. A little startled by how her voice was so sweet and silvery I managed to stutter a Hi. "So What are you doing here...Especially at this dead tree..." I said looking up  then looking back to her. Her eyes shot open and looked at me as if I had offended her. "Excuse me? Are you saying this is a DEAD tree???" She said a little sad.
"Well it looks dead so yeah I just assume-" I began to say then before I could finish she cut me off "So you just ASSUMED it is dead? If you don't mind I need to continue drawing." The girl said lightly. "Why are you drawing?" I asked. "Because...it's my price." She said slowly. I sat beside her. She drew a tree that was alive. It had colourful birds sleeping on branches. "So what's your price for anyway?" I asked slowly. She sighed. "One day I approached the tree when it was still dying...It said that if it died humanity would fall or something like that. Intimidated by this I asked if I could help. The tree told me that if I became it's life source and helped it transfer to another tree and let this one be chopped down I would be allowed to help humanity and it would make me live longer in life. But that's not why I chose to do this." She began to say and trailed off... "Anyway My names Mommiji Akita." She said giving me a bright smile.
"Keiji Konohara" I said looking at the dead grass.
What would happen now?
This girl was fooled into a trap to become the tree's servant for it's own selfish desires. Now I understood that death feel. It was the feel of EVIL.
