Updated info in Stronghold start up box.

Hey there,

When ever anyone joins the Stronghold server they are shown an info box but it's linked to a website that doesn't exist anymore or has moved. I suggest an update to that start up linking to their respectful pages. I do apologize if this has been discussed,  though I could not find the info when I searched.

We can't change something wth aprove of the maker from SH.
