yeah, the wraiths were coming at me, and I reacted - stupidly yes, by resorting to nades, but it was still impulsive nonetheless since I know two wraiths coming at me, the death would have been rather quick - and I was so fixated on them that I didn't see how many other people were moving INTO the room at the instant that I dropped the nade. [Damn, those nades are powerful]. The surprise driven reaction being that I had been txtchatting about getting those unbreakable caders dealt with leaving myself open.
And yes I derped and hit redeem, but note that I didn't actually used it, and let myself die since I realized what I had done [though it woulda been easier to just kit the left bracket key or right bracket key, which I had bound to kill/explode instead of just offering myself up as bait].
Accidents happen - given I've never done anything before like this in the 10 months I've been here , to take it as something other than a mistake, an accident, IMO is erroneous. I never intentionally teamkill.
[and somebody remind me again, why the fuck is it that nades can kill team mates in the first place, when neither melee or firearm weapons can?]
EDIT: look at the screenshot - the last one, that is. Note that I was killed BEFORE my nade went off and killed 5 people, as opposed to being killed by my nade, which demonstrates IMO that the most likely event / intent was not to take advantage of a glitch in the game so far as stacking events goes [which I heard about but never knew - and still don't exactly know how to pull off knowingly], but a panic'd attempt to kill 2 wraiths.
