Mine personally, just listening to it, it is quite relaxing. I have my big headphones, the lights are off, and I'm comfortable.
I think the pulsating beat in the background is a very primal way of getting you to calm down. Regardless of what the commentariat on youtube thinks.

You could probably use this for a multiple of things and have it be pretty effective.

Ofcourse, the text about being cautious of listening to it while driving, I don't really believe in. Stuff like that never really happens to me. BUT I'm not sure considering I can't even drive. To me it just seems like something to make the music sound more tasteful.

I made a thread talking about an article claiming that this song was scientifically proven to be relaxing, and the writers claim it as one of the years 50 best inventions.
I don't even particularly like it, I just thought it was interesting, and listening to it to understand the underlying "symptoms" it caused.

And I'm not worried about people 1-up'ing me either, I could give a shit. I just wanted to talk about what I posted, rather than have it deflected into "I like this more"
