I really want to be one of the admins, not abusing and cool. Even though I don't have any experience being an
admin but I'll try to be one and discipline any malicious player. I only have the experience of having vip powers
but I can take to be an admin.

Somebody teamkilling
Ask why
If reason is valid, keep an eye out.
if did it again with same reason investigate
kick
if did it again ban.

Somebody is prop pushing
Warn
Kick
If repeat, ban.

Somebody calling out T buddies
Ask why
If reason is valid/invalid, proceed to kicking.
If he come back and did it again, ban.

Somebody is RDMing
Ask if he/she is new to the server/gamemode
warn
kick
if come back and did it again, ban.

Somebody is getting accused of hacking:
Investigate
Spectate
Demo
if proof is valid, then ban.

Someone is mic-spamming, general population wants him/her gone
I would tell them how to mute people and that mic spamming is not a kick/bannable offense.

Someone is constantly disrespecting other people
