Basically, he was name changing. He impersonated me (Fluttershy), chickenstrips, Tyrone the Creator, and {uLB} KILLERDOG. He was mic spamming and harassing people in chat, and a VIP was constantly being called to deal with him.
6. Reason for action
Constantly impersonating other players, leaving and coming back with a new name in order to not get the 10 minute suspension, etc. He was also harassing people and while it may not have defamed anyone that he impersonated, he was pretty much being an asshole.
