i was waiting over half hour to play only game i play, TTT 27. while waiting i decided to change name a little . just a symbol in front. while waiting to join, mind you. and while doing this, the game started to let me in.  That's shitty. wasn't doing anything wrong. that ur rule, and it should be a little better defined. only assholes who try to get away with something. 
and, how about picking vips by games they play and when and ask them to see that rules are followed.

Im assuming this is a complaint in which case it should be in appeal or requests.

I believe he's complaining about the name changing auto ban.

It only lasts for 10 minutes, I think you can wait that long.
