It's not about you being in the evidence, it's about you being reported with Russian about ghosting.
This doesn't mean you will recieve the same punishment , or that you will even recieve a punishment.
I was just adding in that you are sort of brought back in (as well as anyone else who has been suspected of ghosting w/ Russian).

You say you play "smart" and by paying attention to people's habit's and such.
So in saying this, can you tell me the way you see how I play? (habits, tolerance level with people following me, how much evidence I kill for, etc)
Though this won't prove much (proof wise!), it will let me understand a few things.

Hahaha yeh with you it be a bit hard because you do not play as often as other players. However, I was able to pick up on some things which strongly show me the recognition pattern of you lying. When you play you use your microphone a lot and that is one of the biggest things that gives away a Traitor. So shall we begin Dr Axule?
When you are a T:
1.Your behaviour become more sarcastic or even aggressive if someone starts grilling you with questions and when someone persist in asking you questions about that person being dead that you followed around which the person caught a glimpse of.
2. You change the pattern of events that occurred after a body is found that you were last seen near, so when you are telling a lie you will usually make up events as someone starts asking around "Wasn't it Axule who was around him last?". This usually results in a significant change in your voice your speed becomes much slower then usual and you pause many times while talking in order to find the next rational thing which to say.
3.Your use of language changes the most and that is another thing that gives you away like an open book. Often your grammar is more poor then usual and your explanations are longer then usual. In a conversation about a dead body you use words like see, sense when? and hear a lot that that makes it delightful for me cause I just shoot you because that gives you away. Your punctuality also changes instead of saying didn't or don't you say the words fully as in did not and do not which shows a pattern of anxiety in your voice which lowers significantly and lacks more assertiveness.
4. Your body language is another funny thing even though people are not aware Axule and I guarantee you that. The microphone can pick up a lot of things which people think is not there. For example one time when I asked you if you killed 2 people you might not have noticed, but when you replied your microphone picked up a lot of noise. That was caused by you moving around a lot more then usual and who would not after killing couple innos your adrenalin also excitement would kick in. This causes frequent and constant change in position that you are sitting in while you're being unable to settle down cause of your adrenalin bodies response.
5. When you are next to a body and someone ID's it then starts asking you why you killed them. Your voice has a higher pitch which either means you are smirking try saying "Im not lying" with a smirk on your face and then without trust me you will see the difference in the tone. Also another cause is your adrenaline kicking in and you can not wait to take this vigilant kid out as quick as possible.
Now your tolerance level of people following you is quiet hard to put in but I will try, when a person follows you around and vanishes then pops up again following you. Like me you start grilling them with questions as well and shoot them if something seems of at times you are too late and get stabbed. Well what makes it more interesting you seem to be doing a recognition pattern of their answers as well. Which makes me ask this question: LOL!!! Are you studying psychology? and What one to be exact?
When you are innocent you tend to have a frequently levelled monotone which stay perfectly balanced and there is nothing off about it. So in a more modern term you sound as chilled back as a cucumber. You also follow around lower karma players which makes me think in a way you have a protective instinct that makes you be around them a lot. Because I believe that you know of most Ts going for the weaker links first before they attack a higher karma group last. When a person has low health and you ask them questions if something seems off you shoot them 90% of the time so you are a constant risk taker.
Now when you are a T oh baby the fun begins you take away the rational thinking of taking out low karma first. You Axule my friend love a challenge which makes it more easier to figure you out. You kill of the most vigilant and lead away the strongest players first and take them out one by one while leaving the weak to panic and chaos. You then constantly show up for live checks quickly so no one suspects you, you make it look like you been around the group this whole time moving in and out undetected. "The wolf amongst sheep" that is what they call it I believe.
Anyway I am pretty sure that if you are doing psychology you are aware of the few things I explained above. I hope that helped to clear up a few things that you were wondering about enjoy.
Thus far my skills have been known to be unethical and some what insane, but meh whatever gets the job done.

The person was Karma farming because:
1. They did not give notice of going AFK which lasted for 5 rounds. Kermit has been known to do this constantly when his karma hits below 500 digit.
2. Kermit was never moved to the spectator team which also means that some time he moved his mouse not to be moved to spectator.
So clearly he was Karma Farming and also yes I complained because saying AFK is not the best reason to kick never seen a VIP do such a thing. Which I was asking you as to why you said AFK and not Karma Farming.
F.P.S Russian:
Also question for Tezuni why does the recording has crucial bits missing which show me not ghosting? Cause clearly the video has been edited that show bits missing for example Rawshaw following us for a long time and me seeing Kermit around a guy that was later killed. So I would like to state that for some reason the video is missing crucial evidence of me not ghosting. Thus I demand to have a legit statement from Tezuni as to why this?
