F.P.S. Russian is admittedly a ghoster, possibly a t hacker as well.  Video evidence from a few maps was collected along with a couple of screenshots.

6. Reason for ban
F.P.S. Russian has been reported in the past for ghosting, he's made remarks about ghosting, taunted people after killing them without reason, and made up a whole lot of bullshit to try and cover it up. 
I've had this proof for almost a week now, and I was giving him another chance, but he started denying it and ghosting again.

Like most people know, I've always suspected of Russian ghosting.
Tezuni had shown me the video before and I only had to watch 3 parts of it to be convinced.

Long convinced, I no longer play TTT so I didn't bother with evidence.

I propose the lengthiest ban we can give: Permanent, unless he gives up his buddies, then a month or two.
Add him to the regular blacklist.
He has talked to many of us about becoming a VIP.
He knows the rules well.
The video has unmistakable evidence.

Everytime he does something suspicious of ghosting, he changes topic by calling other people hacking, or RDMing. One time, we were telling him that he's ghosting/rdming, then changed the topic; told me and cactus that Minic told him to keep watch over us because we know each other in real life. And what's funny is that we haven't even played with Minic.

+1 for ghosting, yes I observe some ghost buds he had but not really reported.

I believe this does bring in Whagman though, and I can grab a few other names as well, though of course it doesn't mean it's true they ghosted.

I'd grab names based off of other SS's that I have of Russian ghosting, as well as friends list
