I propose amendment to respected requirements.

While I am qualified to give my opinion on VIP apps since most of them are people who've been around forever, I am not really in the know for a lot of the respected apps. Therefore, this is what i thinks

Vips should be able to give +1 or -1 for the respected apps.

Admins should be able to give +2 or -2.

Candidates need +2 total for respected.

Candidates need one admin, or two vips approval for respected.

That way a little less of the burden is on us.

Yea or nay?

anyone can post their opinion on a player in the regular application section, even VIPS
and its not that big of a burden on us because admins do have last say but everyone is already posting their opinion on peoples application...

so we as admins can read it and if everyone says oh yeah good player, then just promote

I guess that makes sense. I had the feeling it was like we were supposed to base our opinion on first hand experience, which we may not get a lot of the time.
