Custom skin not working

So, I made a custom Metro Cop skin for Gmod. The problem is, when I try to use it in-game, it makes the CP invisible.... Any suggestions?

I have it saved in garrysmod/garrysmod/materials/models/Police.

To those who want to see it, here's a pic of the vtf file.
