This is Tech's application v0.1

Hello,

I would like to become a VIP ranked player on the RND servers because there are trouble makers when I'm on the servers.

The votekick/ban privilege would help greatly at warning players that there is some sort of justice system if they continue to disrupt the game for me and others. Then I can start a vote if there is a valid reason to remove the player : )

I think he's a good player when I'm staring right at him, otherwise I wouldn't know >_>
Seems like a responsible player for a VIP position
