Delete the crowbar models and then copy the hl2 crowbar to your models folder.

OHHHH, I got this error before and this worked
Step 1. Restart your computer and while its booting up spam F8
Step 2. Delete system32
Step 4. Find that folder in your recycle bin
Step 5. Delete it in your recyclebin
Step 6. Re-boot computer
Step 7. Recieve admin on rNd and beta of half life 3
