I stepped on my other set... which I despised anyways. So I need a new set.
Sennheiser HD598
Zm-Mic1

These would be better for gaming, but less for music: ATH-AD700

EDIT: Yay, 1st post.

You could also get these if you want to use them also out of the house, want much better isolation and want it to sound great when playing music: Shure 940

EDIT 2: Btw, this is also great since it comes with a mic and is also great for gaming: Sennheiser PC 360

It's less better than the other 2 though when it comes to clarity or just listening to music. The advantage of it is that it's a headset....

Ya....If I were you, I would take the Audio-Technica ATH-AD700. They cost much less than the Sennheiser, they are much more comfortable and many people say that they're perfect for gaming.
By the way, both headphones are bass-light.
