It's the laptop itself that makes the noise. The adapter just makes it start fucking up.

The noise is to the top right of the number pad.

What part is placed under the keypad...?

Have you messed with your power settings? I doubt its causing those problems, but you can customize the advanced settings for almost all "power plans". I set a "cooldown mode" for mine which lowers the processor runs at 75%
