So...This week has been going pretty shitty.

My laptop's charger will make the screen turn EXTREMELY dark and make my laptop do strange noises at the top right corner. (of the base)

I can only charge my laptop when it is off, and even then it charges at an extremely slow rate. I have replaced the battery and searched in google but nothing appears to work. Anyone mind giving me some help?

P.S. Internet postponed again....Minimum is 2 weeks -_-

I am a huge hotgreen please throw tomatoes at my face.

If you dont know what the "brightness" setting is, dont post. Plugging it in doesnt give a computer monitor an extra 1.21 gigawatts and magically make it brighter.
Anyways hotgreen, have you replaced the adapter itself? What "noises" does it make?
