Something is wrong with the ranking system??

So guys, I have a problem... So a 1 or 2 weeks ago my reg app was approved, but when I'm in game it still says im a guest. Don't know why is that so I was told to look for an admin and show him my app link and i did. After I was promoted, I became a reg  :), but after the map changed, for some reason, I'm back to guest... Any ideas guys!?

This happened to me and about 5 or 6 people about a month or so ago, it fixed after a few map changes.

If it is still persisting I can't help you

Wait, is cracked steam means greenluma?? because i installed greenluma to play dead island O.o.

Out of curiosity, how would this affect it per-se?  Would it be a matter of how the client was cracked resulting in changes that causes data to be improperly handled or displayed?   Because the whole guest, reg, VIP, admin thing, I thought, was handled server-side.

I have no knowledge of cracked clients but the ranks are assigned by steamids
