i can access my old account on ps3 since i still have my crediticials but anywhere else i can't access. And steam on ps3, you can't change settings since i don't have access to it.

The people who have hacked you are most likely to have hijacked your email address too,
also I've been digging around and I have found that the phoney link that was sent out from your hijacked account is from Nigeria,
change all account passwords that you can still access, especially online banking.

If you look at the whois it has everything, the address in nigeria too.
