Since my steam account got hacked, I can't play anymore, I can't talk to my friends anymore, I can't make maps anymore. I can't do anything anymore. I went to the link that Jimonions posted but steam support's reply is taking a long time and now, the hacker is now hacking my steam account.

As long as you can prove that own the old account, you can send a steam support ticket and you can get your account back.
I did it, and it sure worked.
I got my account back.
