emotional instability
« on: September 13, 2011, 04:11:56 PM »

Lately, I've noticed I've been prone to random prolonged bouts of depression, loneliness, and anger for no apparent reason whatsoever. I've also noticed I've been a lot more colder, disinterested, and sarcastic with people. I'm still a generally joking, funny person, but I want to be alone a lot more often. I've also become much more prone to exploding when people (like my bitch lardass sister that knows the perfect way to push my normally hard-to-reach buttons) push me hard enough and start screaming gibberish with bits of Latin.

What the fuck is going on with me?

I think that's something you need to conclude yourself. Someone over the internet explaining what they think of your issues isn't going to get you anywhere most likely. (not trying to be offensive or anything)

Being a loner ain't all that bad.
I prefer to be alone, but it doesn't bother me either way.
I'm a pretty chill dude when it comes to people, or anything really.

Anyways, depending on your age, it could be plenty of reasons.
If you feel it's really affecting your life and you just don't want to live that kind of life, ask a parent or gaurdian to get you a pyschologist/therapist to help you out.
Other than that, that's all I can tell you for right now.
Good Luck man, send me a pm if you'd like a little more help

Puberty fucks you up. Also allows you to fuck up others.

But really, I was like this when I hit puberty. Just try to put a cap on it and meditate, it helps alot.

Thought I was the only one, all you gotta do is keep yourself occupied as much as possible, don't allow time for deep thoughts and always be doing something
