Erm.... wasn't Einstein.... you know.... agnostic?
Either way, epic comeback.
There was a 2nd part to this comeback that I read else where.
Professor: Well then, you certainly look up to Jesus and accept him as the Son of God, right?
Student: Of course.
P: Have you ever seen Jesus, have you ever heard him, smelled him, tasted him, or felt him?
S: Well, no.
P: If you can not find something with your 5 senses, it doesn't exist.
S: With all due respect, have any of us seen your brain, heard it, smelled it, tasted it, or felt it?
P: Are you implying I don't have a brain.
S: No, I am implying that people can not sense it directly in any way, but we can certainly sense it's effects.
P: Your point?
S: No one now can sense Jesus directly, but we can see and hear his effects on the world. From changing peoples hearts and helping to perform miracles around the world.
As for religion in public schools?
No way, that's just a shitstorm waiting to happen.
