Dude this Report isnt on other players, we dont give a fuck what the other players do, well we do, but NOT in this report!!!
I think if you Ghosted you should just come straight up and say it, otherwise your consequence might be worse than what it was/is of course if you didnt do it, then show proof you didnt...
i honestly have never seen you , only in game once or Twice....i thought VIP's had to be well known by the community...(not trying to mean)

Could a moderator lock and deny/approve this so people don't have to get offended? Everyone's said their piece about Cesar, and Cesar of himself... in a way... so the only thing that could come from this being kept open for discussion is people starting to argue back and forth.
