I am a 16 year player in rNd that has been playing for around 2 years. I am a active member on the forum and the servers, I rotate amoungst the Trouble in Terrorist Town, Fretta, Zombie Survival, and Rotation servers. Many people on rNd know me, and I know a lot of them. The reason I would like to become a VIP is because I would like to help out in times when admins or other VIPs aren't on. I am willing to respond to any call for help or any assistance needed within the servers and attempt to deal with them calmly and correctly. I know most of the rules to the servers, although, if I am uncertain of one, I ask a higher ranked member if it is allowed or not. I like to fool around a lot if everyone else in the server is in the same mood, but when a event in which a regular or VIP is required I stop instantly and start observing the situation. Whoever the player may be they are not exempt from the rules, even if it is my best friend I will still have to do my job as a and deal with them. I do not hold grudges against people and do not get mad easily. Unless it's rage in Tf2... I try to get as many people as possible to stay on the servers and visit the forums. I enforce the rules regularly and try to help out as much as I can. I have taken what people said in my last application into consideration and no longer bother anyone who has a higher rank then me. If I have, it is unintentional and I am sorry. I do not get mad at people for micspamming and simply ask them politely to be quiet, if they do not, I simply mute them and continue on with playing. I do not like to "minge" or "grief". If it seems that someone is taking something too far (Such as bothering, or harassing) I ask them to stop and respect other players as stated in Rule 1. Although regular CAN report people for breaking the rules or bothering other players, sometimes we require for a problem to be dealt with immediately. This does not mean that I will stop making reports on the forum, but on occasion, it ruins the for everyone playing at the moment. I would like VIP so I can handle any problems quickly and make sure that there are no rule-breakers ruining the game for everyone.
Situations:

TTT Specific:
Prop pushing-trapping: Ask player nicely to stop/ Ask player to stop again./ Tell them to stop now./ Start a votekick/ Player comes back and does it again = initiate voteban.

Traitor calling out other traitors: 1st warning, tell them not to do it again/ 2nd warning, tell them "last warning"/ start a votekick/ Player comes back and does it again = start a voteban.

Traitor killing other traitors: Ask them why they killed them/Player does not respond or refuses to respond, tell them not to do it again/ Player does it again, = votekick and voteban if they come back and attempt it again.

Mass RDMer: Ask them why they did it/ If no response or invalid response, initiate voteban.

Innocent and traitor working together: Tell them to stop after round ends/ votekick if they continue.

Zombie Survival specific:

Team-killing of any kind: Tell them not to do it again/ Last warning/ start a votekick.

Glitching: Ask them to stop or kill themselves/ Ask them again/ Start a votekick.

Cade-breaking without reason: Ask them to stop/ Final warning/ Start a votekick.

Fretta

There are many gamemodes for Fretta, so I am going to list the main events.

Spawning in finish as gamemaster: Warn everyone not to do it before first round starts/ Tell them not to do it again/ Start a votekick.

Upholding round (This can be done on many of the Fretta gamemodes): Tell them to stop/ 2nd warning/ Final warning/ Start votekick Spoiler (click to show/hide) This can include holding the objective without capturing it./ Hiding/Campign from enemies and upholding the round./ Etc, etc.
Suiciding as Stalker and becoming it again: Tell them not to do it again, final warning/ Start a votekick/ Start a voteban if they rejoin and do it again.

Mr.Hot has shown to use a consistent use of order to every server he joins.
He is cool guy, and very fun to play with.
Not an oldfag but is very deserving of Vip and I think he will be of great help to the servers.

Mr. Franklin:
He is very optimistic on all of the servers and is very active. When ever he see's something wrong, i have seen that he messages any VIP online to help. He doesn't talk to much which is good and he will listen.  :thumbsup:

Deathie:
I'm tempted to vote yes, but I'd like to see some more opinion on it first.

I do feel Hotgreen would be mature enough to handle votes, but I haven't spent as much time with him as others.

Cable:
Aah yes, A very big +1 from me.
Hes very nice, Well behaved, and probably a perfect VIP candidate.

SMasters:
+1 Very reasonable when it comes to banning/kicking decisions. He also tries to help whenever he can from what I've seen.
