I am the guy that gave these accounts to Juan, and I got these accounts from a website, and the website said, "You Can Do Anything With These Accounts". The site said that these weren't stolen, and that other people can be using them.

If someone was able to regain control with the account Juan gave me...then probably the original owners would find out sooner or later.
