http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/If they ever release a system requirements for battlefield 3 on the site, you can easily check to see whether your game can handle it. I used to use that site to check if my pc could handle games so I wouldn't have to post anything and my pc was pretty crappy back then.
But my thought on it, yes, your system should be capable of handling it
