I found my fathers green beret.

And the uniform was a gift.

I had thought this was lost...
Now I have it locked away, this is my most prized memento of my fathers
I don't know why he never told me about it
I thought he had lost it

I tried to get my dad's MOPP 4 gear, but it's in a different building than we thought.


So, I got his illegal-to-own Army knife instead.




This knife (along with my dad) is a veteran of Operation: Enduring Freedom.

the army one is automatic but i wouldn't ever USE it. too much serration.

My Dad didn't get anything for his service in the Vietnam War because well...the entire country was bankrupt during the war so :(
