Okay so I'm getting some money in my account soon in my Paypal, it's not from a credit card or bank account, anyway. Once I get the money will I be able to purchase from Newegg with an unverified Paypal account? E.G not linked to a bank account or credit card?

I think yes, because I have brought stuff from steam with unverified account.
But I was using a credit card with paypal which was unverified. I'm not sure if it's the same thing or not since I
really don't know much about this.

Yes you can purchase from newegg with a unverified Paypal account

Meh mines verified with my checking account


But i do have a black hat one verified using fake things
