Necruly only posted on the forums once and had VIP, jimonions hardly had any posts, and Sniffles isn't even active anymore but he's admin.
Coolz has said a million times that in-game rank is in no way tied to forum rank.

Though, having something like a minimum of 2 VIP +1's along with 1 admin +1 could possibly help a bit more? There are a lot of poor Regs, which don't too often get reported though, because usually it's not that big of a problem, but they give a bad view on the servers, and I have seen a lot of people who think that the server is managed very poorly because of Regs. (mostly with the way the act with people)
