You probably need to update the BIOS/update USB drivers. Have you tried connecting your monitor to your onboard gpu output?
I have no idea what that is. I'm going to assume it's the graphics card, which it is already connected to.
Look at the back of the motherboard, where all the I/O ports and connectors are. Do you see anything that resembles a VGA or a HDMI slot that you can connect your monitor to? If so, connect it to that and boot-up, not from the graphics card. If there is still no image, then try removing your graphics card so your BIOS can use its 2nd boot option.
There is nothing like that on my motherboard, the graphics card owns that, too.The only display ports (don't know if that's the actual) are where the graphics card is.

Horay shet.If it was the reformat...maybe it fucked something up with your HDD. Have you tried using a different HDD?
