Updated the list with promotions over the last ... could be months? I don't know. I removed some people that didn't even bother sending me their stuff or don't ever show up on the forums (cough necruly). I'm also planning on adding more people based on Regular/VIP approvals, but before that, researching needs to be done on sign-up dates.
