My new computer eats wireless adapters

Every wireless adapter I've plugged into it, except for an extremely shitty built-in one, would suddenly start having problems and even (in four cases) stop working altogether, even if they worked perfectly fine for a long time on a different computer. It's shit through six adapters already, every new one we buy works fine for the first few days. What could be causing it?

I've tried different ports.

Speaking of power issues, my computer boots up weird. It's not that serious, though.

Have you opened it up and checked for defects?

Also look for dull and shitty looking soders, they conduct worse and can cause problems I imagine.
