im pretty sure they didnt test how well a 12 volt fan spinning at a few hundred RPM's gathers dust
but meh.

but meh.

If you own a ceiling fan shut it off take a rag and wipe the top blades I promise you there will be dust, same applies for computer fans Lol if there is none then someone in your house already cleaned it Lol

Ok go look at a normal fan if you want same thing applies dust builds up on those blades and if not taken care of sooner or later the build up will block it...

Good question, I think it has to do with the dry wall for ceilings you know those bump thingys? Lol but honestly i have no clue...

when it takes air in it will take the dust in too which is gathering round it, is it not?
just buy a can of compressed air, open up the case and clean it all!
also make sure to poke more holes for more vents
