Need help with Minecraft Server

Here's the problem: When the router asked for your IP, you entered the WAN IP.
Although this is correct, you need your LAN IP for it to work. I forget where to find it, but it will usually look like 192.168.x.x.
Actually, try this: Press WINDOWS+R, and in the run dialog type cmd and press enter. In the command prompt, type "ipconfig" and press enter again. It should say your local IP address somewhere in there.
Some routers are really weird and assign IP's in a 10.0.x.x format.
