I always get a quarter pounder with everything on it except pickles, medium meal, with either dr. pepper or a coke =o
But the pickles are the BEST PART :<

two lovely sesame-seed buns cradle an all-beef patty, covered in all-American cheese, with five "kisses" of mustard around the toasted crown about 1/2 inch from the edge equally spaced along five squirts of ketchup in the pattern of a five on dice and the size of a nickle on the toasted bun and
a tablespoon of freshly chopped white onions without the
two pickle slices,
evenly spaced?

Also I have a "Fast Metabolism" so instead of eating at McDonalds I just go to Burger King and get two Whoppers with a large Sprite and Large Fries... they disappear within an hour and I don't even gain weight from it
Maybe I should eat at McDonalds every day
