Find me a netbook

I want to gift my parents a netbook for their anniversary.
They have a shitty laptop that takes forever to do anything. Idk how they've been able to stand it for years.

Anyway, My price range is $200 at most. Yes, I know I'm cheap.
Idgaf about how powerful it is.

My parents use a computer mainly for these reasons:
-youtube
-facebook
-saving pics from facebook that their friends tagged them in
-skype
-of course internet browser

They just need a new netbook, nothing special. but I don't want a dell...lol.. not those shitty ones where it has fucking win 7 starter wtf..
kplzhelp

Do not buy an acer

and after a few months of use

it won't even want to boot up anymore.

The 3150 should be able to handle HD video playback just fine (Which is great, since most other netbooks have 950's which have framerate stuttering when youtubing in fullscreen).

My mom has one of these and works fine for me when I tried it for web browsing.

But if that doesn't look good in your opinion, better go with Snivy's recommendation.

// Just re-read OP.

You're not going to be able to find a netbook that doesn't have Win7 starter. Your best bet is to load up a USB with win7 home/pro and install it from there.

Please please do not buy an Acer one, it will need reformatting every 6 months or so.

nevermind. My aunt has cancer and refused to take chemo-therapy.

She had surgery instead.
She lives in the Philippines and therefore has no insurance and nothing to pay the bills with.

She took care of me when I was growing up.

I think I'll just help her out instead of buying this.
