I've only seen you once before in TTT.  You didn't do much in talking wise. But seeing as what other people have been saying I'm going to give you a +0.5
EDIT: I saw you on TTT last night.  You were RDMing(random deathmatching) and I don't want to see a regular who is also a RDMer. Sorry, but im going to have to  :thumbsdown: you.

To you people who say mute him, duh. Look, being annoying over the mic isn't grounds for kick/ban but it can sure as hell influence you when deciding if a person should be promoted.
