Naw it aint the matter of how fast dem wheel spin, but momentum.

Momentum, a function of mass and velocity is conserved between ~~portals~~ planes. In layman's terms, speedy thing stops, speedy thing doesn't stop.

wouldn't work because the wheels are free spinning and the treadmill would kill itself or the plane would overstrain
