Here let me tell you a story....
A couple of weeks ago my laptop charger was going "off the fritz" witch resulted in the Peace that goes into the computer melting off revealing exposed wire, therefor it was a "safety hazard" according to my dad, the only other computer in the house is my sisters, And in my opinion 5 FPS is unplayable in my standards.
