Why I want to be Regular and why I should be Regular:
To be honest i am kinda new to Gary's Mod I just got finished with quake modding. I want to be a regular because I want to have the permission to use all the tools on wire mod and such. Random servers are the best to play on Gary's Mod. Overall i want to have more access to tools and be able to participate in votes to ban or kick.

No not at all... I play on the servers and might help some people and they help me but thats about it.
