    I joined the server and when the round started i saw Duc Prop Pushing Everyone. I Checked
    The water in cs_port (I think), and there was a pile of bodies. (btw he was an innocent)

   Mass RDM with Using Props

Prop pushing one way or another is not allowed.
But the pictures only showed him pushing AFK's, or what appeared to be at least, which I don't kick for.
