That's pretty sexy  ???

Supertoaster:
I found a 5570 at Newegg for $60. I was going to purchase a new PSU too because I learned the 5670 needs 400 watts. BUT THEN I learned my current 5450 also needs 400 watts but I've been running it on 300 watts this whole time (with no problems at all)

Then I troll'd myself. I figure I can get a 5770 now but then It needs 450 watts, And that's 50 more watts then the 5450, would it really make a difference?

Also whats the safe temperature for a 5450? Without any games running it's 42 Celsius atm.

I agree with Sab.
5830 is your best bet.

5670 HD looks like a good deal, Here is some benchmarking.

I'm too lazy to put them in spoilers and I keep messing up so prepare for wall of images.
